This is how history repeats

Yesterday I was called a list of names so vile I can’t even repeat them.

The comments on my post were so gross it’s hard to believe these are real people. Sometimes it’s bots, sure. But there are actually real people who kiss their moms with those mouths.

I need to say this plainly:

The antisemitism online right now is not accidental and it is not only organic.

It is being cultivated. Amplified. Incentivized.

Platforms thrive on outrage, and the Jewish story is being used as fuel.

When someone posts something antisemitic today,

it doesn’t lead to shame or silence.

It leads to likes, followers, attention, and clout.

Lots of the most horrible comments I’ve recieved the last two years got tons of likes and replies.

There is social currency in h*ting Jews right now.

And that is the part that should alarm all of us.

The h*tred itself is not new — we have seen it in every century of our existence.

What’s new is the algorithm.

What’s new is that cr*elty is rewarded, encouraged, and monetized.

People get paid lots of money for this.

Dehumanization has become a brand strategy.

Creators build platforms on the thrill of targeting Jews.

They grow audiences by reducing us to symbols instead of human beings.

They perform h*tred like a talent.

And the more shocking the claim,

the more virality it earns.

This is how v*olence is normalized.

This is how history repeats.

Not through silence — but through applause.

So the work is not just to call it out.

The work is to not internalize it.

Not absorb their narrative.

Not let it rewrite who we know ourselves to be.

We remain what we have always been:

A people with memory.

A people who build, rebuild, and build again.

A people who outlast empires and algorithms.

We will continue to live as Jews openly, proudly, intelligently, together.

We have survived every empire that tried to erase us. We’ll survive social media.
