We are watching miracles unfold

The IRGC is threatening to attack Israel if either the USA or Israel gets involved in the current revolution.

Earlier, I said that the destiny of the people of Israel is tied to the Iranian people.

We're tethered for many reasons- but one of the loudest reasons at the moment is that the in the geopolitical calculations of whether the USA (or Israel) should help the people, the risk is that the people of Israel will suffer the consequence.

Today, the Iranian government said, “Let us be clear: in the case of an attack on Iran, the occupied territories [Israel] as well as all US bases and ships will be our legitimate target...”

“We do not consider ourselves limited to reacting after the action and will act based on any objective signs of a threat.”

They said that today, but many of us who have been reading the news and watching things escalate have heard the whispers around the country.

My WhatsApp chats have been preparing for this possibility for a bunch of days now.

Listen, you never know. Only God knows what will happen.

But you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that Iran wants to attack us.

They make that pretty clear.

All the time.

Even before their cities started burning.

And having lived through this a couple times before, and as an average citizen, not really knowing what this means in terms of what they've got left since last June, or rebuilt in that time...

It just means that we've got to be smart.

And prepared.

Personally, the last thing I want is to be caught off my guard again.

That has happened too many times in the last couple of years.

I can still remember how my heart got stuck in my throat for a couple of hours from that first alert back in June.

With all that, I'll say this:

I am not afraid.

I know that we are watching miracles unfold.

God chooses His pawns and is shaking up the world.

I don't understand how, or why, or who.

I just know that what we're watching is the product of the footsteps of redemption- and it seems like God wants to get this show on the road.

So I'll put some extra water bottles, batteries, and snacks in the mamad- and live life to the best of my ability.

And when it comes, we'll be ready.

The Iranian people need justice.

They need help.

And when help comes...

We'll be ready for whatever comes next.
