Because antisemitism is a disease

Here is a message to antisemites who blame Israel for the world's evils on Yom Hashoah:
You are ignoring the lessons of the Holocaust.
You are ignoring the dangers of extremism, polarization, and dehumanization.
The fact that rhetoric can turn into violence, which can lead to genocide.
That monsters don't have to have fangs and claws, but can appear to be liberal, cultured people.
That you can study literature, science, and psychology, and still carry disgust, abhorrence, and ignorance that ferments into hatred.
Pointing fingers and scapegoating others for your problems only fragments your own humanity—parceling off your psyche until you've lost your moral compass, leaving you living off propaganda until you're sick.
Because antisemitism is a disease.
It's a rot, not just of the brain, but of the soul.
It feeds something desperate: fear, self-hatred, shame...
The more you engage with antisemitism, the more it poisons you.
The more it seeps into your being, twisting and manipulating you until you are a shell of a person on the outside—
and something unrecognizable on the inside.
Hungry for more hatred.
Eager for violence.
Celebrating death.
The more room a country gives it, the more it grows.
A cancerous mass, destroying its own society from within.
And the most dangerous part is that it doesn’t feel like evil when you’re inside of it.
You feel justified.
Righteous.
It feels like truth.
And for those of us whose DNA is laced with this history, we know how this ends.
Not for us,
but for people like you.
You will be consumed by your own hatred until you sabotage whatever good you have in your life.
For your own sake- get an education.
Relieve yourself of ignorance.
Heal through releasing your hatred.
Seek your humanity again.
Your life and the world will be better for it.
